I was lucky enough to live with Kotter at Dunbar for a while and during that time we had a lot of great times. Whether it was just chilling at the house, or going out to the bars, or getting kicked out of them with EVT, he was just happy to be there by his friend's side. He was always stoked to be doing whatever it was he was doing, and in turn, it got everyone else stoked. We used to bag on him for all of his crazy stories, but we loved them, we just loved Kot. He will always be a huge inspiration to me no matter what I'm doing. I'm gonna remember all of the great times we shared.
I'm still in utter disbelief that I have to say goodbye to such an amazing individual. And Kotter was truly an individual. You couldn't meet a more honest, friendly, caring, and all around rad guy in a million years. You always hear about this sort of thing happening to other people, but you can never prepare yourself enough for when it happens to you. We have all lost an incredible friend. He was our peer. He was our brother and I know I can speak for everyone who knew him when I say that he will sincerely be missed.
Goodbye Kotter. I love you brother.- taylor
we lost an amazing person this morning.
its tough to fathom that he is really gone.
you were the best. always smiling, laughing, smack talking. just being kotter. the way i liked it. the way we all liked it.
from the days of banging elbows at chandler and black mountain bmx, to the vans/phoenix skatepark sessions, to the random activites roommates tend to do.
everything about you buddy i will miss.
we will ride together again.
i love you man.
rest in peace Clinton "KOTTER" Bell.- jimmy james
